Matthew 7:1-6 "To Judge Or Not To Judge" Rev. Keith T. Reid

The goal of this sermon series that we are currently in, “Why We Believe What We Believe,” is to give you all the knowledge and understanding to be able to answer common questions and criticisms of our faith; to help you better understand God and His Word so you will be more equipped to talk about those things in your day-to-day life. That’s why we’ve covered a wide-range of topics regarding our faith; it’s because these are the topics that are often brought up by people outside of the church. So today, with that in mind, I wanted to take some time with you to tackle what I believe to be the most widely and rampantly misunderstood and misapplied passages in all of the Bible…Matthew 7:1, “Do not judge, or you too will be judged;” or, to put it in the more widely known translation, “Judge not lest ye be judged.”
