Romans 5:12-21; Romans 8:19-23 "The Bad Things" Rev. Keith T. Reid

This week, we are continuing our series on why we believe what we believe by tackling the question of “why does God allow so many bad things to happen.” And this is a relevant and important question for us to think about because, as we look around the world, we are inundated with images of warfare, poverty, hunger, disease, crime, natural disasters, so on and so forth. And, it’s easy to look at all of the bad things happening in the world and wonder how a loving God could allow so much destruction and devastation. But, what we are going to do today is to try to give some insight into WHY bad things happen and HOW God doesn’t actually just sit by and ALLOW them to happen, but He IS DOING something through bad things and He WILL DO something even greater in the future.
