Daniel 3:19-30 "Through The Fire And The Flames"

The fact that life is hard is something pretty much everyone can agree with; it is an inescapable truth that we all go through trials and difficulties. The difference, of course, is not whether or not you will face trials but how you respond to those trials. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego understood the proper way to deal with and respond to trials. They understood that the trial was being used by God to refine their faith and display His glory. They understood that, as they went through the trial, God would be right there with them. They understood that going through trials is part of life for God’s people, so they weren’t shocked or overwhelmed when this particular trial came; and they knew that they had to be prepared to stand strong in the face of the furnace.
