As believers, we belong to God and, as such, we have been set free from our sinful natures and set free from the Law which condemns. So, as children of promise who have been set free then, we must learn how to live faithfully in a world that is filled with those who are still children of slavery. And, in order to do that, we must understand our freedom is not worldly freedom, we must be prepared to face persecution, and, in all that we do, we must live under God’s grace.
